Jessica S - $1,400/month

Hello :)

I'm Jessica, a native New Yorker (from Long Island). I moved to NYC in 2014 and have been living on the Upper East Side ever since!

Currently looking for a new roommate - my current lease is up Feb. 28th 2018 so I'll need to move in somewhere by March 1st 2018. Open to move in anywhere after Feb 01 2018. If we start apt hunting mid - Dec. through January we should find something for Feb 01 - mid Feb! I'm available to go look at apartments after work + weekends if necessary.

Girl has a bit of a budget and would ideally like to spend $1300-$1400 a month but negotiable to go a bit higher for the right apartment.

About me:
- Interior designer at a firm downtown
- Usually back to the apartment after 7pm
- After work I like to go for a run in the evening (most likely pick up dinner instead of cook if
I'm being lazy), and watch something mindless on Bravo lol
- Occasionally will have a friend or two over during the week, but not usually
- I don't spend every weekend in the city (I travel, head out to LI, etc.) so you'll definitely have
some alone time
- In a long distance relationship - my boyfriend visits NYC about once a month - he's very
pleasant, I promise!
- I come with living room furniture + a fully stocked kitchen supplies (minus a few things)
- I drink socially but not a ton, and don't use drugs (looking for someone like minded)

Hoping to find someone I can be friendly with, sometimes do things together but OK to do our own thing as well.
