I work at a big 4 accounting firm and have lived in Financial District/Battery Park for the last 3 years. I am moving home to my parents in Brooklyn for a few months but I am looking for a roommate to find a new apartment with any time between January and March 2018, so my move in date is pretty flexible. I'd prefer to stay in the downtown area of Manhattan as I have really grown to love living in the financial district. The area has come a long way and is getting more popular every year. I go out to happy hours several nights a week and spend a lot of time in the downtown neighborhood. I would love to be friendly with my roommate, drink wine together on the couch on nights in, but I also like to keep to myself and relax certain nights after a long day of work.
