I'm a native Chicagoan finally about to take the plunge and relocate to the Big Apple for a new opportunity. I'm just an easy-going, independent, social, and driven 26 year old marketing professional looking for the right roomie(s)!

My living philosophy is simple - if we respect each other's personal boundaries, all is well in the world! I'm very fair regarding shared spaces and communal items, depending on how we would decide to split any items, cleaning supplies, etc. and expect the same in return! We're all trying to get by, and I can't reiterate enough that I'm all about being fair, especially in living situations.

I'd like to avoid passive aggressive attitudes vs. addressing a pain point or issue head on; If we're going to be living together, we need to be honest, respectful, and open about things! I'm all about keeping positive vibes - home is supposed to be a place you look forward to returning after a long day :)

I'm very social, love carrying a conversation, and more often than not all for adventuring and exploring new experiences, trying new bars/restaurants, meeting new people, etc. On the other hand, sometimes there is nothing better than a chill night in with a movie and a bottle of wine.

I live a very active life in the sense that I'm "out and about" a lot for work, fitness, happy hours, exploring, etc., so I definitely wouldn't be an over-bearing hermit roomie - let's face it, everyone needs some precious "me time" on the reg.
