The apartment is located in heart of williamsburg, with endless bars/restaurants within walking distance and best of all it is only one block from Bedford subway stop. This is hands down the best area in New York.

The room is bright and has a private balcony facing lower Manhattan. The apartment also has its own rooftop where we enjoy barbeques during the summer months (and amazing skyline views). Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay on a 6 months renewal agreement, a non-smoker, professional, and not too noisy. You will be sharing with two professionals in their late twenties.
