Looking for a young professional (preferably female) to take over my lease from ~April 1st to June 30. The lease will expire at the end of June with the option to resign a lease at the end of the term.
I am subletting my apartment because I am buying my own place, otherwise I would definitely be staying.
You will have your own true bedroom in a luxury, doorman building in midtown west. The true bedroom can hold a king bed. I️ currently have a queen bed, dresser, chest of draws, and a nightstand in the room.
The building is less than a 2 min walk to major subways and busses. Building also has a rooftop, gym, laundry on every floor and doorman as mentioned before. Also, there is no broker fee.
Rent would be $1600 before utilities (an absolute steal for the location and amenities).
Your roommate would be a down to earth, respectful, clean, young professional female in her mid 20s.
