Elevator, doorman, gym, rooftop, washer/dryer in building, modern finishes and appliances. 1 block away from south street seaport. Near all major train lines @ Fulton Street Station. Existing roommate is looking to move in with her boyfriend so would require a lease takeover through end of December 2019.
