Spacious Fun House in Gramercy

Hey Everyone,

My 4 roommates and I are looking for a 5th and 6th to come live in our house in Gramercy. We're currently 3 guys and and 1 girl, and are looking for a two girl roommates to balance it out!

We're an active house but with great balance - hosting dinner parties, watching movies and netflix together, hanging on our roof, brunching, etc., but we hold respect for each other above all else. We also all have our own groups of friends, so we also all do our own thing. We've had the Gramercy House for three years now, and are are excited about the fun with our new roommates will bring!

Quick breakdown of the house:

6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 3 stories, fully-furnished private roof, full size kitchen, large common area with good speakers and TV, grill, exposed brick, modern appliances and bathrooms, etc. The layout of the place is higher ceilings with a central stairwell that goes up to the upper floors. The house used to be a co-living startup, so the interior was professionally designed and fully furnished - pretty convenient and has a great vibe.
