I'm currently living in the city but my roommate's graduating from NYU this spring and moving out of state so I'm looking for a new place to live in/near the city.

I have a full time job working in brand strategy/advertising for a men’s tailored clothing company. I've been with the company for over 10 years working in various roles and really enjoy what I do. I work a fairly standard work week, Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM (sometimes later), and travel once every 4-6 weeks.

A little bit about myself. I'll always pay rent on time and am generally a laid back, clean, and organized person although not a neat freak. I like to go out on the weekends (eating, drinking, socializing, etc.) and enjoy meeting people and making new friends. During the week I’m fairly low key and in bed at a reasonable hour so that I can workout/run in the morning before work. I still enjoy exploring the city and trying new places whenever possible but also like to get out and go hiking/camping when the weather is nice.
