Hello! I'm a recent NYC transplant by way of San Francisco - I relocated to my company's office in March 2019 to build out our team here. I currently work in software sales, but my background is in financial and economic consulting.
During the week, I work regular to long hours (9am to 7pm) and am usually home around 9pm. I love staying active (in the gym 3-5 times a week, most of those twice a day), enjoy going out on nights and weekends, and am a huge basketball fan (go Lakers).
As a roommate, I'm overall very clean and considerate - quick to clean dishes, keep a clean room, don't leave my stuff around the house, etc. Won't bring the party home outside of having a couple friends over for drinks from time to time.

I'm looking to fill two rooms in a 3bd/2ba for a July 1 move-in on a 12 month lease. The unit is recently renovated and centrally located in the Nolita/Bowery area. Brand new appliances, high ceilings, exposed brick, and washer/dryer in unit. Great building for someone in their 20s/early 30s - mostly young professionals who are social but also respectful.
Since I moved here in May on a sublease, I can't say enough about the building, unit (it's awesome having 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer in unit), and location. Tons of amazing spots a stone's throw away from the apartment.
A little about me - I am a 28 year old male from Los Angeles, CA working in sales at a public tech company. During the week, I work the typical 9-6 and am usually home around 8-9. I'm not around much on the weekends as I'm new in town and spend most of my off days out and exploring the city. I'm super clean and very considerate about noise, common area cleanliness, etc. Hobbies/interests include staying active, exploring the city, sports (massive Lakers fan), and travel!
As far as roommate profile, I'm open to males and females, prefer someone in their 20s/early 30s with a steady career who is respectful and considerate. I'm super easy going and have had great relationships with all my previous roommates. No problem if you have friends over (I'll have some over from time to time) as long as the place is kept clean.
