(I'm the one on the left in my picture. Goats and friend not included). I’m a very optimistic and gentle person who is looking for other people with a positive outlook on life. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to live in New York City and I’m thrilled that it’s finally happening for me. I'm definitely looking for other people who want to make an apartment a home rather than just a place to sleep after a day at work - aesthetically pleasing, great atmosphere, and shared spaces reasonably clean.
I have a stable job lined up in lower Manhattan working with architects as an acoustician. Before getting into acoustics, I played music professionally with a touring Broadway show as a percussionist. These days I won’t be performing much, but I still compose (with headphones - I generally don't make much noise). With my music, I’m most interested in writing for indie video games and I actually have an LLC with which I’m self-producing a story-based sci-fi game and its soundtrack.
For fun, I love to swing dance and go out for cocktails.
My ideal living scenario would be to rent in a 3+ bedroom apartment in Williamsburg near the J train, but I would also consider other arrangements. My move-in would be sometime in July 2018.
I'd love to hear more about you!
Ben
