I like to treat my roommates as friends. Its always a nice feeling to know that someone at home is going to have your back if they need someone to stay back for a package, or that they will be around to enjoy dinner together on occasion.
I'll spend a lot of time out or in my room playing games, but like to socialize when the opportunity presents itself (though I generally won't throw huge parties at home - those are usually more fun out anyway)
I am very open to compromises and prefer to talk directly if there are concerns on either side so we can work out a solution together.
I like to keep the apartment clean (no dishes in the sink, no shoes past the entrance, regularly cleaning bathroom and kitchen, etc).

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to fill the master bedroom in our Kips Bay apartment when our lease is up for renewal in July. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious and clean (which is rare in nyc), and there is a mid-sized common space that's good for hanging out and having friends over.
The master bedroom has its own closet and comes with a personal AC/Heating unit.
