Hi there!

I'm a 27-year-old female looking for a room in an apartment available March 1st or April 1st. A little about me: I work full-time in marketing/communications and have been living in NYC for just shy of three and a half years.

I'm friendly, easy going, and clean. Evenings are low-key during the week (generally including dinner, the gym, live music, or maybe hour happy with some friends if I'm feeling ambitious). I enjoy being social on the weekend, but I also enjoy a good Netflix session.

I'm open to living in almost any area in Manhattan but currently live on the Upper East Side and love it so it would be awesome to stick around the area. Even better if the place is close to a subway that makes it easy to get to the Garment District and Grand Central for work/travel.

Budget max is 1,500/month.

Ideally looking for a long-term lease and an unfurnished room (I have a bed, dresser, and other furniture I'd like to keep).

Female roommates preferred.
