I'm a young full-time Special Education Teacher looking for a roommate!!

I would like someone who is down to earth, outgoing, CLEAN and a professional and/or student. I'm very outgoing, respectful of space, clean, and sociable. I like to have fun, but I also like to stay at home and be comfy! I have no issues with social drinking, or smoking (as long as it's done outside of the house). I would like a roommate that I have an actual friendship/bond with, not just two bodies living in the same space. I'm looking to spend $950 a month (including utilities), which I'm open to negotiate.
