About Me

Hi! I'm going to be a second year student at NYU this fall. I'm looking for someone to sign a lease w me ASAP for a 2 BR on st. marks place, 9 minutes walking to WSP. August 1 move in. Its 1550 for the room (3200 total apartment, I've planned on moving into the larger room).Plus a 12-15% broker fee. I can send photos and videos and more info if you're interested!

I am pretty clean and quiet when I'm home. I usually just spend time in my room. I like to keep common areas clean and would like to set up a cleaning schedule (nothing super strict/crazy, just want to keep the place clean). I'm fine with my roommate having guests over whenever. I'm not home very much anyway.

Again, looking to sign a lease ASAP!
