A room for rent in the Financial District starting in September! Great location, by the A/C J/Z 2/3 4/5 trains, connection to the path. 5 minute walk to the seaport district. 7 minute walk to the oculus and freedom tower. Walk away from Pace. The apartment will be shared by only two people. I am looking for a roommate either male or female, preferably in their 20's.
