My name is Jami. I am a 26-year-old female who currently works in brand marketing. My lease in my Midtown apartment is up August 1, and I am looking for a room in an apartment located in a doorman building for a 12+ month lease. I'm open to July 15 or August 1 move-in dates. As for areas, I am pretty flexible but would prefer to live in one of the following areas: Midtown East, Upper East Side, Gramercy, Flatiron, Chelsea or Union Square. My max. budget is $1900.

More about me: I work full days during the week and enjoy hanging out with friends/family on the weekends. I also love binge-watching TV shows, trying out new restaurants and going to the gym. I would consider myself to be very clean, laid back and considerate as a roommate.
