This is a beautiful Victorian apartment overlooking the park here in the historic part of downtown Jersey City. We are a 5 minute walk from Grove street station, from which you can get to Manhattan in about 8-10 minutes.

The room is spacious and its own private newly renovated bathroom. You would be sharing the very spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with us. Ideal for someone who has no furniture as it has a bed, but this is also something we can move.

The place is located in a fun and safe part of town with many nice shops, cafes, and restaurants, and is only 15/20 min door to door to Manhattan and not far from the Waterfront and liberty state park.

The Path subway goes to the WTC and also through Greenwhich village (stops christopher, 9th, 14th, 23rd) up to 33rd street.

Couples are welcome and the lease is currently listed as six months, but has the possibility for extension if we all feel that we get along well!
