I own a home in The Colony. Until recently, my daughter (an elementary school teacher) lived there with 2 other girls. (I do not live there.) My daughter has decided to move in with her fiancé and another girl had to move for work. The other roommate, Sarah, decided to renew her lease for another year. She is 28 and works with autistic children. She is sweet, extremely honest and responsible.

The rent for each room is $650/mo plus 1/3 of the bills or $750/mo with all bills included. (You can choose which way you'd like to structure the lease.). $300 deposit.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Corner lot with parks at both ends of street. Walking distance to community pool. 5 minutes from major Tollway/highway, shopping, restaurants.
