I am a 30 year old professional female seeking a female roommate to rent the other room/bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Room available 8/1. Bedroom is sunny, has high ceilings and lovely built in shelves (but is otherwise unfurnished), and has an attached private bathroom. Kitchen and shared living spaces are very large, sunny with big windows, and fully furnished with nice furniture and decor (I enjoy interior design), but am open to adding or removing some things. Unit is on 2nd floor with private stairs up to the front door. W/D in unit. Big patio with furniture and grill, and nice views from all windows with lots of green/foliage. 400 yds from a park with lake and jogging trail. Unit is not pet friendly, sadly.

I am a laid back and open person, and I love laughing and having good conversations. I generally keep quite busy, and work many evenings due to performances (I'm a professional musician). In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hanging with friends, listening to podcasts, cooking, working out, and playing recreational sports. I drink socially. I have a long-term boyfriend who lives in California, and I won't have other overnight guests aside from his very occasional visits.

I am looking for someone who also works full-time and who will reliably pay rent on time. I would ideally like to find someone who, like me, is independent, but values good communication to ensure a healthy living situation. I like to keep clean, and would prefer to live with someone also committed to keeping shared spaces clean/tidy. Preferably no parties - smaller gatherings and occasional guests are fine. Preferably no smoking or heavy drinking.
