Hi there. I am looking to move early to mid August in a home (house, townhouse or condo) between downtown and N. Dallas. I work in North Dallas, but I live downtown, so hopefully I can meet someone who wants the same. I really like downtown, but it has its advantages and disadvantages. Currently my place is fully furnished so I can supply the furniture, even an extra bed if necessary.

I am a very down to earth person. A working professional that can both be a homebody at times or go out on the weekends. I don't smoke, but I do drink socially. I don't keep a lot of company and would respect my roommates privacy as I would want them to respect mine.

I'm looking for a roommate because I'm looking to eliminate some debt and buy a house. I'm a very responsible adult and I'm looking to find someone who is responsible, neat and a professional.
