This is a great two bedroom apartment (no flex walls!) located in Kips Bay. This room can fit a full sized bed and a dresser. There is a closet in the room as well as a beautiful brick wall. Utilities are not included. The building has a laundry room, elevator and a new virtual doorman system. Nearby we have a lot of great restaurants and bars as well as both Trader Joes and Fairway.
