I am moving from Portland (Oregon) to New York, and I am looking for a room ideally in Park Slope. My top priorities in a room are: location, safety, sunlight, dishwasher, and of course a roommate that I get along with and is respectful. I'm an organized morning person (most days), and in my free time, I like to get drinks with friends, walk around new neighborhoods, thrift shop, and try new things (most recently including: Barry's Bootcamp, the free concert series at Prospect Park, that bar that opened up on Pier 17, croissant baking class, and a 90s hip hop dance class because why not). I cook maybe 3-4 times a week - nothing crazy, but I enjoy it. When I watch TV, I tend toward comedy and cooking shows.
