Hello! We have a room available for a single or couple in our 2 bed/1 bath apartment in the heart of Park Slope. It’s $1,500/month and ideal move in would be August 1st (but can be flexible).

THE SPACE: The bedroom is very large (12.7’ x 14’) and could easily fit a queen or king bed, couch, TV and still have floor space. It also includes a private closet, very high ceilings, and two windows with a skyline view. Apartment a 4th floor walkup and has roof access to full skyline views. Kitchen is very large and has a dishwasher. Access to multiple subway lines and the F/G at 7th Ave is only a 5-minute walk. Must be LGBTQA+ friendly. We have one cat that is good with other animals and very social.

NEIGHBORHOOD: We are in central Park Slope surrounded by beautiful tree lined streets. We are close to numerous cute restaurants and coffee shops (a hot chocolate shop is across the street) and only 2 blocks from Prospect Park. Walking distance to Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center (and Target!).
