Lauren - $1,600/month

Hello! I moved to the city a year ago and absolutely love it, however I am looking to leave my current lease and go for something a little less expensive (apparently I needed a year here to realize how expensive living in the city is, haha!). Looking for an 8/1 move in, but would ideally like to move the weekend before or even earlier if that's what worked for you.

I am planning on moving in with my SO next August, so please know this would most likely just be for one year. I am really wanting to move into an available room without having to start a new lease with a building.

I have a good amount of friends in the city and also spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, I truly do not see myself hanging out in the apartment too much. I love to go out and do things outside of the apartment. I also enjoy working out and being active. I like to go out on the weekends but also like to stay in and be chill sometimes too.
