Alyssa D C - $1,750/month

Hi, I’m Alyssa. I am looking to move into Manhattan, but also open to some parts of Brooklyn or Hoboken. I’m looking for a space that we can nicely decorate. Over the past few years since graduating I have lived in London, Australia, DC, and New Jersey. Right now the commute to the city is killing me and I’m so ready for my NYC adventure. I would love a roommate who will also want to explore the city together occasionally, but if you would prefer more privacy that is fine with me as well.

For work, I am a Product Developer for Bobbi Brown. I work basic 9-5 hours and travel for work a few times per year as well. I have a small hypoallergenic shih tzu who is 11 years old. She is a total couch potato.

I like to meal prep and clean on sundays, have a glass of wine or two while watching friends after work, I love essential oil diffusers and scented candles, and I have a few houseplants including a baby lemon tree

I’m a bit of a grandma during the week but I like to go out on the weekend and don’t mind guests. I would like to have friends over occasionally and maybe have a joined housewarming party once we are settled.
