Hi,

i'm seeking a room (or a roommate to join me on the apartment hunt) for a May Move in (unfurnished room) and looking for a year long lease.

I’m 26 years old and moved to Manhattan about a year ago. I originally grew up to the middle east, and went to Northeastern University in Boston to study civil engineering. I work at an architecture/engineering firm and we do restoration around the new york area.

I’m pretty social, but usually keep to myself most week days. I'm alcohol friendly/420 friendly/lgbtq friendly/pet friendly. I work 8-5 and usually go to the gym after work then come home and watch a movie / netflix by myself or with my roommate. Occasionally i’ll do dinner with friends or be out at an intramural league with my colleagues but usually in bed by 11.

I’ve moved around a bit over the last three years and have gotten a long great with my previous roommates. If you’re interested i can put you in touch with a reference if you have any questions.
