I'm looking for a clean, considerate, communicative roommate for one of the rooms in my beautiful, really spacious, proper 3 BD, includes a galley kitchen, living room AND dining room. We are also on the 5th floor (walk up), which means it's exceptionally quiet in the winter and you get a NY work out in the meantime. The available room is 12x10 BD, with 1 big window and a large closet. Steps from F train.
I'm a writer/director and work from home and prefer someone who has a 9-5 job since work time is focused for me. I'm easy going, love yoga, nature and of course.....movies. The other room is rented as an Air B n B but folks are usually pretty long term, 3 weeks-3 months. And the fourth roommate is Franklin, my 4 year old mini-dachshund, who adores cuddling and fetch.
