What’s up everybody, my names Dan.

I’m a 22 year old male from Ohio. I lived in Cleveland my entire life until moving to Columbus to study Civil Engineering at The Ohio State University. Last summer I lived in Connecticut while interning at Dominion Energy, and now I have the opportunity to begin my full-time career in NYC. My personality is pretty compatible and I enjoy new challenges like this. If want to chat, don’t be afraid to hit me up! A bit about me:

I have a work hard - play hard mentality. I take my work very seriously and typically have a busy agenda, but always make time to chill or go out on the weekends.

I’m very easy to get along with. I talk with a good mix of positivity and goofy mannerisms. I enjoy adventures and figuring things out. At the end of the day I strive for improvement. I try to be as self-aware as I can be, but appreciate input if I can do something better.

I’m a good roommate. I’ve lived with others for the past 5 years, and have developed positive friendships with all of them. I keep my things in order and have respect for other’s privacy.

The reason I am looking for an 8 month rental is because I have a friend moving to the city next August. It’s really like a backup plan for me – if you and I get along, I would certainly consider sticking around.
