We are two young (relatively - 33/34!) professionals (one working for a museum, the other for a publishing house) looking for a non-smoking roommate. The location is great--easy walking distance to not only the subway but grocery stores, banks, gyms, restaurants, bars, and ten minutes from Prospect Park.

The apartment is on the second floor of a secure 4-story walk-up. It has high ceilings, wood floors, exposed brick walls (some of them), and a spacious back patio.

Move-in is available November 1. We expect a 12-month commitment. Rent is $1,133/person/month. Utilities average an additional $100/person/month. Laundromats are less than five minutes away. A deposit of two months' rent is required. Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
