Hi there,

My roommate is moving to LA and I'm looking for someone to sublet her room. We have a quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Yorkville. We are 1 avenue away from Carl Schurz park and about a 5-8 minute walk from the Q train. Its actually a 5 month sublease, 6/1 to 11/1. The room will be unfurnished and my current roommate is willing to sell the couch and table.

A little bit about me, I keep to myself mostly but also would love to have the occasional wine/movie night with my roommate. I work a 9-6 and am home most weekends if I'm not traveling. I've very outgoing but I don't like to bring the party home. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle :)

Security deposit would be $1,250.
