Looking for a roommate in Brooklyn, Manhattan - New York

Scott C - $1,200/month

About Me

Native New Yorker who has lived in the south for college and abroad for a few years. Recently out of a very long-term relationship and looking for a new apartment, preferably in Brooklyn. Open to neighborhoods. Licensed attorney, but I work in education now at a local university. Very laid-back, but respectful of roommates' space and privacy. I'd say I'm clean without being neurotic. Enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, and crossfit. I have a social life and am not too much of a homebody, but also not a huge partier the older I get. I travel a lot for work in the fall, so would only be in the apartment here and there (September - November). My family is also not too far, so I visit them at least once a month for the weekend. I've lived with both males and females in New York and Europe without any issues. Don't have any pets, but I LOVE dogs (and cats are cool, too). Don't care if you smoke cigarettes, but would prefer not in the apartment. Having people over is also completely cool, though I'd rather it not be a regular thing...at least during the week. I'm gay if that matters to you.

My maximum monthly budget 1,200
Move in Date Nov 2017
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 32
Occupation Attorney Work In Education
