Hello! I am looking for a roomie to sign onto a new lease for Feb 1!

----I am fairly flexible as to location, but I am looking to save some money (currently spending a fortune in Midtown West). Ideally looking for a two bedroom apartment for $2,600 or less. I would want to explore options with you and make this a TEAM effort as I want to find a comfortable and long-term home with an awesome roommate!

I would be moving with all my furniture, so you won't need to bring a couch, TV, coffee/dining table or kitchen supplies, since I can supply all that for you!----

ABOUT ME:

---Educated, 31 year old female originally from Boston (no accent, I promise)
---Everyone says I am the nicest person they know (even ex-boyfriends)
---Responsible and clean in common areas
---I work in retail management on busy 5th Avenue so I am away from the apartment most weekends and my days off are usually while you're working; this makes for an easy roommate bathroom schedule and lots of privacy.
---I very rarely cook so there is very little in the fridge and never a mess in the kitchen.
---I am super friendly and social but don't bring the party home. I expect the same from you! Guests are welcome of course and I enjoy company, I just like for my apartment to be a quiet safe-haven where I can escape the craziness of NYC. The apartment would be our sanctuary.
---I love photography, Latin and Jazz music and enjoy long walks in Central Park (cheesy but true).
---I don't do drama, nasty attitudes or passive-aggressive awkwardness and neither should you. We are adults. With me, what you see is what you get, there are no surprises.
---Open to being friends or simply roommates :)

---Doesn't work from home (sometimes is ok, but don't be camped out on the couch Mon-Fri with papers everywhere... unless it's in your bedroom of course, and in that case, go for it)
