Hello! My name is Liz and I am 30 year female from Chicago and work as a Designer for Macy’s Women’s Sportswear. I have been living in NYC for 7 year and I love this city! I have lived downtown and uptown and I have always had an enjoyable roommate situation and looking to find and easy respectable roomate. My roommate has just decided to move in with her sister / friend and I am ready to find a new place. Ideally my move in date is sept 30/ Oct 1st but I can be flexible.....would like to move ASAP if possible. Really looking for 6 month but if place is right I can do a year. I Work M-F 9-6 and sometimes later depending on the work load. I and enjoy working out before and after work depending on my schedule and I love to stay active. I am definitely someone who enjoys doing things in the city after work or on the weekends so I am not a home body. When I am home I love to watch a good show and drink wine and keep things friendly. Although happy to relax in own room and keep to ourselves if you prefer as I am busy most of the time. I am definitely a clean and respectable roommate and I would be more than happy to share references. I help keep things tidy, I clean quite often and I respect the bills. Looking for an easy roommate situation. Not looking for a crazy amount of fees either. Looking to pay rent.
