Hi

I am looking for a roommate with a typical 9 to 5pm- ish job schedule.

I work from home during the work week a few days and I just need a quiet environment to be a bit more efficient.

I have a successful handmade good business and I vend my products at different venues on the weekends, every weekend! I make candles, body butters, body oils, reed diffusers and so much more.

Also I work in real estate and that keeps me busy running around showing apartments during the week as well.

I am also vegan and I would like to live with someone with similar eating habits but that is not a deal breaker. I am quiet at home and I like to keep to myself. I spend my time working or sleeping and rarely watching a flick. I like to have a quiet living environment that is clean and nicely decorated.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom to share with one person or a couple so I can have a bit more space to make my things. I have lived in NYC for most of my life and I have a knack for finding great spaces. I am just looking for the right person to share with.
