I am a mature 53 year old woman. II am friendly , chill, very easy going and respectful. The house is a shoe, smoke, drugs free.
Ok, (let me put it out there) I have been told that I am borderline OCD. :-) At least you know that I will keep our commun areas pristine!
I have a very healthy lifestyle. I work out daily, I do not smoke, nor do drugs, and drink rarely. I work from home and prefer to co-live with a professional who works outside of the house. I prefer to co-live with someone who respects privacy, but I would love to go to the movies, have a glass with you and watch TV.
If up late I am quiet and in my room. I can be social and also keep to myself. Home is a place where I recharge. I rarely entertain home, but mostly meet friends out in the city.
I love to cook. When in the apartment I like peace and harmony. But I do not mind if you throw parties from time to time.
I am also an singer, clothing & jewelry designer.

A very hard worker, she is tough with herself and does not give up easily when something needs to be completed. Her home is her peace heaven and for that reason she takes pride in it by taking very good care. She is very considerate with others. dialogue and communication are her means to resolve a conflict. Kaissa is a great person with a positive mind and a positive energy. I strongly recommend her as a tenant and roommate.
