Community:
I am looking to gather a few awesome roomies to have an apartment that feels LESS like 3 or 4 strangers sandwitched in some space and MORE like a loose, easy going community. Not saying we have to be best friends (we all have our own lives I know) but maybe enjoy a roomie movie night or adventure on the town from time to time and have real conversations and pull up competitions and debates about the proper tea brewing and lawn mowing strategies ... for example

Pets:
I'm looking for roommates who are okay to live with pets. I have dogs and cats (currently in my house in Ohio) that I will want to bring up. They are all incredibly well behaved. (I worked as a zookeeper out of college and have been working with rescues to train animals for years)

Apartment:
I'm looking at apartments that have ample size, a decent common space, in unit laundry and a large private fenced yard, preferably in a happening location. I'd like to move in July 15 or August but am flexible.

Me:
I'm a single working professional in my 30's. I just moved up from Ohio for a job promotion so i bring the midwest honesty, friendliness and invested engagement.(not displaying the humility in this horn tooting context) I work long hours from time to time and go out occasionally. I am pretty easy going and get along with pretty much any personality type. I am clean and quiet but not bothered by noise or a little mess. I tend to stay up late and get up early but am extremely quiet so roommates usually don't notice until I tell them.

I work in corporate America but am a conservation biologist by education and soul. I love animals, rock climbing, hiking, yoga, late night philosophical discussions, cspan, athf, rick n morty, adult swim, and terrible 90's action movies. I am 420 friendly but not a big smoker myself. I would prefer roommates not smoke cigarettes inside because the smell lingers. I am not a drunk but do enjoy slinging back some beer or cider or whiskey from time to time.
