I'm a late 20s female young professional working in the Marketing industry. I work in Midtown.

I'm very clean, responsible and respectful. I always pay my rent on time. I like to chill and hang out with friends. I'm not a loud person and I don't like to bring the party home. For the most part, I expect the same from my future roommates - being courteous of other people's time and space. I'm down to be friends with future roommates or at least friendly with each other, whichever works.

I like to work out a lot and try to stay fit so I also try to cook a lot since it's healthier and brings down costs. I'm definitely a morning person and would gym in the mornings almost every day so I tend to sleep early (I know, I sound like an old lady lol).

Usually after work, I might go out with some friends or just go home to chill. I like to go out on weekends either to a nearby bar or something. Some of my hobbies are reading and going to the movies. I like to also explore new places either for eating or for entertainment. I'm a huge foodie hence why I need to work out a lot. In terms of cleanliness, I am slightly disorganized in my room but would maintain the shared area pretty clean especially the bathroom and kitchen.
