Hey potential roommate!

We're 2 really laid back, fun guys in our late 20s looking for a 3rd roommate.

About the building/apartment:
- doorman, elevator building. laundry on the same floor.
- apartment doesn't face the street (low noise )
- upgraded interior, hardwood floors, lutron dimming lights
- 1 full bathroom, upgraded chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite, stove hood
- separate entry foyer
- the available room can fit a queen size bed with room for a desk/dresser/tv. you'll have use of 2 closets and the room has its own air conditioning control.
- room is available furnished or unfurnished, your call
- available anytime from early/mid october, and definitely nov 1st (current roommate moving out early, so flexible)
- building has SUPER easy access to subways. orange line (BDFM) 2 steps outside of door. NQR half avenue away. 123 one avenue away. ACE 2 avenues away.
- easy walk to tons of restaurants / nightlife / shopping. easy walk to herald square, 5th ave, flatiron, chelsea, highline.

The photos are current but some of the furniture may change (will definitely be more furnished than shown since the current roommate is taking some stuff out). Bedroom pic is of the room you would get. It's a little messy as the current roommate is moving out. You're definitely welcome to bring stuff let us know what you're thinking.

About us:
Late 20s male professionals in finance/medicine who are easy going and work hard and play hard. We usually work long hours during the week but still find time to chill, grab drinks or go out during the week/end. Ultimately, we're looking for someone we can be friends with. We obviously have our own lives/obligations, but we often hang out together as well. We have no constraints as to noise or bringing the party home etc but our motto is just be respectful. We've found that having roommates is a great way to learn from others and hope you feel the same.

Terms:
Open to guys and girls, relatively clean - messy is okay, dirty is not. Easy to get along with and generally respectful, you know the deal. Share of utilities and cleaning (cable, wireless internet, electricity).
Ideally looking for someone willing to stay the full (1) year. If you're an awesome fit for the apartment, we're willing to entertain other scenarios.
