It's an awesome location! Near most subway lines and super walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and parks.
Upsides: Big kitchen, separate / big living room. Room fits up to king size bed. Lots of natural light. Big closet. :)
Downsides: Small bathroom, 6th floor of walkup (but great for the glutes and keeping out bugs! ;)
