I am a recent graduate from Fordham University, and I have a job at a digital marketing agency in Dumbo. I am super clean, respectful, and quiet.

I am looking for sensible and down-to-earth roommates for a lease that starts ASAP. I will be working typical 9ish-6ish days with some late nights at the agency. I like to run, workout, cook, and just hang. My previous apartments/roommate situations were in extremely friendly and easy going environments. I am definitely looking for a place/environment where people are respectful and clean up after themselves.

The last four years I was living in the Bronx up near school, but I have a brother that lives nearby in Brooklyn. Definitely excited to be exploring the area and getting a change of scenery.
