Hello! My roommate, Abby Hess, and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill an empty room in our Prospect Park-side apartment (across the street from both Prospect Park and the Q stop).
I have posted pictures of the shared spaces (living room, views, and the shared bathroom. One room has its own so just two people share the one pictured) and the room itself. The only space not pictured is the kitchen, but it is there with all new appliances!
Abby and I are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and ~chill.~ Our definition of ~chill~: someone we can yell at the TV with when a beloved character dies on GOT or comes back from the dead on Jane the Virgin and cook occasional meals with🤗. We work from 9am-6pm (I usually work a bit later) in Manhattan and are also clean, respectful of shared spaces, and ~chill.~
Rent is $1,000/month (utilities/wifi is sperate) and you can move in as early as May 20th. You will also need to be on the lease so the broker's fee ($1,000), the security deposit ($1,000) and first month's rent ($1,000) will be needed at the signing.

My roommate Abby Hess and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to move into a super sunny, super big 3 bedroom 2 bath right next to Prospect Park.
About the room: The available room and the living room both have huge windows overlooking Prospect Park. The apartment has brand new appliances, laundry in building, and an elevator. Located .1 miles away from the Parkside Ave Q stop and a 3 blocks away fro the Church Ave B/Q stop. Takes about 30 minutes for me to get to work in Midtown.
About us: Kind, neat and ~chill~. We are both in our 20s and both work from 9-6 (sometimes later for Me.) In the summer, we want to take advantage of all that Prospect Park has to offer (concerts, farmers market, etc.)
About you: Looking for someone who is respectful and generally nice to chat with/be around!
