I am 24 years old and have been living in New York for about 2 years. I moved to Bushwick a year ago and really love the neighborhood. I am very organized and clean and love to cook and eat all the things, all the time. I am a life-long dancer and have also recently gotten into the yoga scene in Bushwick. I work in publishing in Manhattan and am gone from 9-5 every week day. I usually have pretty quiet weeknights but will occasionally go out or have friends over (nothing too crazy!). Weekends are about the same. I don't mind overnight visitors, as long as they are courteous of others. In regards to a roommate, I would love to find someone easy going, respectful, and clean. I'm not looking to be best friends (although if that happens, that's great too!) but I am looking to live with those who help me cultivate a safe and cozy space.

We are two females, mid to late twenties, working in fashion and publishing in Manhattan. We're friendly, chill, a little quirky, CLEAN, and enjoy hanging out together, cooking, drinking tea and wine, couch time, running, yoga, exploring BK, sitting on the roof, and going out on weekends. Decent closet and space for a full or queen bed. Second available room $915/month + utilities. Spacious closet and room for full or queen bed as well. Window facing rear of building. Current furniture in both rooms is available for sale if needed (Including one full sized bed and one queen sized bed).12 month lease, with 1st month's rent and security deposit due at signing, along with a rental application and fee. Great layout of the common spaces, central air, small dishwasher, gym and washer/dryer in basement, backyard patio, and rooftop access with an amazing, open view of the Manhattan skyline. Grocery store, 24-hour laundromat, and park within two blocks, and multiple coffee shops/bars/restaurants. The building is only 8 units and was completely renovated a little over two years ago. Currently all young professionals, and everyone is really friendly.

Female, employed, friendly, easy going, and respectful of common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom). This is a GREAT apartment, and we want to keep it that way. Chores are shared/rotated and we tidy as we go. Alcohol is fine, but no smoking and absolutely no drugs. Company is always welcome, but this isn't the late-night party place.
