Hey, I'm Monica.
I'm 27 yrs old and work in fitness- coaching classes, training clients and vlogging/ social media influencing monday to sunday! I am looking to move into NOMA or Mt. Vernon maybe in a nice amenity building (gym, lounging areas, rooftop pool). I like to keep my home space pretty chill and quiet after work but I still like the idea of sharing time and space with a roommate I get along with. This could be heading to happy hour, having wine or snacks on the couch watchin a good show or even takin a walk around the neighborhood. Having extra amenity space comes in handy when most of these places in the city are pretty small.. Im big on keeping common areas clean and open and I'm not perfect so working together on that effort would be great! I am on a month to month lease so looking for a place or checking out potential move-ins is the goal for the next month or so!
