The apartment complex is one building, but has all the amenities you could want: pool, gym, rooftop, business center, etc. There is a 24-hour concierge and ZipCar on site.
The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, both with walk in closets. The kitchen is large and has all appliances. There are full wall windows in all the rooms so there is fantastic natural lighting. Laundry is in unit, A/C, wifi and cable (Verizon).
The shared space of the apartment is furnished, except a kitchen table.
I believe the building was built in 2010, so everything is nice and new.
It's less than a block from the NoMa metro stop on the red line and about 2 blocks from Harris Teeter.
