Hello,

My name is Helen. I am in need of a roommate who would be willing to allow me to move in at May 12 and stay for at least 3 months (from May to August). I would prefer a female roommate.

I describe myself as introverted, but friendly, flexible and generally forgiving. If there are males staying overnight, I would like to know them beforehand.

I like to look at a clean and organized room environment. I do make huge messes sometimes due in certain assignments, but I will overall spend couple of hours to clean my room at least once a week or once in 2 weeks. We could have a shared cleaning schedule. Since it’s summer and I do not have a lot of assignments I would be more flexible in terms of noise and visits. Courtesy hours can start from 10PM to 8 AM. Please let me know if you are a light sleeper too.

I have asthma, just wanna let you know, so having non-smokers in the place is ideal.
