Off the A/C and 2/3, quick commute to lower Manhattan. I am a full time student and work part time, so I am looking for a relaxed and clean roommate who wants a restful place to call home! If you like cooking, the kitchen is massive (for NYC haha) and the living space is great. The room fits a queen bed, but doesn't have a closet, although if you would like to use the hall closet it's all yours. I don't have any common area furniture yet so great if you do!
