* One block away, stops 181 and 156 routes to GW Bridge and 6 blocks away is the Bergenline Av. with private minibuses.

We are 2 sisters, College degree professionals with full time jobs. One is married and occupies the main room with her husband. The other is a single mother who occupies the 2nd room with 2 children aged 5 and 11 years. To share our home and occupy the 3rd Room, we are looking for a good character woman, organized, who works/study, non smoker nor user of any type of drugs, that agrees to clean and put in its right place whatever article of a common use she uses. For obvious security reasons, we do not accept visits from strangers.

To rent the room you must provide your personal data and 2 references, as well as pay in advance a month of rent ($ 750) plus a month of Security Deposit ($ 750-Refundable) = Total = $ 1,500
