I'm just a newly working gal who wants to venture out into the real world. I want a roommate (preferably female but I'm not against male if it works out). Right now I'm looking to start off with just a short term commitment but if things work out, I'd like to make it a long term living situation (3 years most). I don't have any pets but if you do, that is great. We can split the chores, or work them together. I'm not going to have a lot of people over, two or three at the very most, and pretty rarely. I do prefer quiet in the apartment, and someone who doesn't smoke inside the apartment. I also need someone to respect my space. Hope to meet that person very soon!
