Hello! I am an actor/singer, doing online marketing work. So I'm home a lot, and then in and out for auditions, etc. I try to do my singing during the day when others are at work. What I like in a home/roommates: chill and friendly, quiet in the evening, not having people over too often, tidy and reasonably clean, responsible, respectful of others' space, willing to compromise on how we decorate/organize things—a peaceful haven from the outside world :)

I'm looking for one or two people (preferably 30s or early 40s) interested in finding a place together. I'm thinking a 3b/2b situation, maybe a townhouse, with washer/dryer in unit, preferably in Crown Heights or vicinity—but I'm pretty flexible on where, as long as it's quiet and safe. I'm also flexy on the dates—I'll stay where I am until I find the right situation.
