Howdy,
I am currently an actor, and am looking for a living space. I also am a pianist, and have an extreme love for the arts, and history.

I am fine with not having any furniture, kitchenware, or internet. I can provide all that for myself. I prefer a gas stove, but electric is fine. 3 people is a maximum for me. I am at best with just 2 tenants in the living space. I do not admire alcoholics, or "day drinkers." I don't mind smokers, but preferably not in the building since I have some asthmatic issues. I must stress that I’m looking only in the Queens area. Astoria is the goal, but the other areas of Queens will do. I am also looking to move in by the end of September/beginning of October.

Here's what you can expect from me.

Cleanliness: This is very important to me. I am not a neat freak, but I do have certain standards which is necessary for me to stick with. Such as making my bed, and making sure my area is clean, and organized. My one rule that I keep to is always picking up, washing dishes, or cleaning a mess that was made by me immediately after it was done by me. I'm not one to back down from cleaning if asked, and if a helping hand is needed for when guest come over. I'm more than willing to do my part.

Privacy: In terms of privacy, and noise level. I always listen to music, videos/media through headphones, and the same goes for my electric piano, for I do not want to bother anybody. As for guest, I always ask before hand in advance for invitations to bring friends. I personally do not invite people whom aren't family, close friends, or business related. I also put personal space at the top of my list for both sides. I believe everybody should have their down time, and comfort in the comfort of their own space.

Personality: As far as personality type goes, I'm more of an Ambivert. If you are an introvert I will respect your space, and quiet time needed for the weekend, or after a long day. If you are on the extrovert spectrum, fear not. For I'm talkative, and don't mind socializing in the least. I am a straight Male, and perfectly accepting of other's sexuality.

Cons: I do not partake in drugs or alcohol...but I will smoke a cigar once a week. It is a tradition of mine, but I always smoke outside in privacy. I smoke late at night, so I won't be wearing my clothes during the day with the lingering tobacco smell around the space.

Schedule: I am a amateur chef, and I cook all my meals, and hardly eat-out. Meaning I will be occupying the kitchen at a maximum of forty minutes at each meal. As for my sleep patterns, I am up for most of the night, but for work related reasons. I mentioned earlier that I do my best to remain quiet, and am only making noise when packing away for a set that I need to attend. The loudest thing you'll hear from me is my alarm, or when running over lines.
